The Vetta Privé conference fee of $4,500 is designed to provide an all-inclusive experience, ensuring every attendee enjoys a seamless and luxurious stay focused on personal growth, wellness, and high-impact connections. Here is what is included in your registration costs:

Luxury Accommodations

• A 4-day and 3-night comfortable and refined stay at the PGA Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, offering an ideal retreat setting.

• King-size bedroom accommodations are based on availability, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation and renewal.

• Two queen-size beds are available for individuals who want to share a room. A $300 resort credit will be offered to anyone who chooses this option instead of an individual room, which can be used for dining, spa services, golf, or other resort amenities.

• Early check-in and late check-out options are available at the hotel based on availability.

• Pre and post hotel rooms are available.

Daily Gourmet Breakfast and Curated Dinners

• Breakfasts: Start each morning with a thoughtfully prepared gourmet breakfast, designed to energize and connect with fellow attendees. Dietary accommodations, including allergies, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, are available upon request.

• Dinners: Experience fine dining each evening in an intimate setting, fostering deep connections and conversations with a curated menu to suit diverse tastes. (Note: Friday’s dinner is not included in the conference registration fee.)

• Conference Fee: $4,500

• Option 1: Pay in full at registration

• Option 2: $2,500 non-refundable deposit due at registration

  • Remaining $2,000 due by July 15, 2025

Pay-in-Full Incentive

• Attendees who pay in full upon acceptance will receive a premium luxury gift placed in their room upon arrival at the PGA Resort.

Payment Methods:

• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments. Details for completing the transaction will be provided upon acceptance.

Refund Policy:

• Due to the exclusive nature of Vetta Privé and limited attendee spots, all payments are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, accepted attendees will receive a deferral to the 2026 conference.
