Vetta Privé is a unique, invite-only experience, carefully curated to bring together high-achieving women aligned in purpose, values, and vision. To maintain the quality, privacy, and exclusivity of this gathering, every potential attendee undergoes a thoughtful vetting process.

how to apply

The application process is straightforward and designed to prioritize your authentic self. We don’t require resumes or bios—just a genuine expression of who you are and why you’re drawn to this experience.

  1. Complete the Application Form: Share a few basic details about yourself, including your profession, interests, and a social media handle, if available. This information helps our attendance committee ensure a balanced, aligned group of attendees.
  2. Provide Insights on Your Goals and Values: Use the application to tell us about your vision, values, and what you hope to achieve through this experience. Vetta Privé is about community, connection, and personal growth, so we encourage applicants to share openly and authentically.
  3. Agree to Community Standards: Our conference is a private, no-social-media space. Attendees must commit to respecting the privacy and diversity of perspectives within the group, ensuring a trusted environment where everyone can engage fully and freely.

We accept applications starting on a rolling basis until our capacity of 100 women is met. Early applications are encouraged due to high demand and limited availability.

conference fee breakdown

The Vetta Privé conference fee of $4,500 is designed to provide an all-inclusive experience, ensuring every attendee enjoys a seamless and luxurious stay focused on personal growth, wellness, and high-impact connections. Here is what is included in your registration costs:

Luxury Accommodations

  • A 4-day and 3-night comfortable and refined stay at the PGA Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, offering an ideal retreat setting.
  • King-size bedroom accommodations are based on availability, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation and renewal.
  • Two queen-size beds are available for individuals who want to share a room. A $300 resort credit will be offered to anyone who chooses this option instead of an individual room, which can be used for dining, spa services, golf, or other resort amenities.
  • Early check-in and late check-out options are available at the hotel based on availability.
  • Pre and post hotel rooms are available.

Daily Gourmet Breakfast and Curated Dinners

  • Breakfasts: Start each morning with a thoughtfully prepared gourmet breakfast, designed to energize and connect with fellow attendees. Dietary accommodations, including allergies, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, are available upon request.
  • Dinners: Experience fine dining each evening in an intimate setting, fostering deep connections and conversations with a curated menu to suit diverse tastes. (Note: Friday’s dinner is not included in the conference registration fee.)

Wellness Activity

  • Engage in a rejuvenating wellness session tailored to nurture mind and body, aligning with our holistic focus on well-being. Options include yoga, sound baths, mindfulness, or personalized movement experiences to recharge and inspire.
  • Activities can be pre-selected or chosen on-site based on availability.

Conference Registration and Exclusive Programming

  • Access to all keynotes, panels, and sessions, including happy hours, late-night keynotes, and intimate fireside conversations.
  • Participate in workshops and interactive sessions designed for deep learning and personal growth, led by industry leaders, and curated for an impactful experience.
  • Attendees will receive welcome gift bags that include branded materials, wellness essentials, and curated surprises.

payment terms upon acceptance

Upon acceptance to the Vetta Privé conference, your spot will be officially secured with payment of the conference fee.

Early Bird Registration (Until April 30, 2025)

  • Conference fee: $3,600
  • Deposit: $2,000 (non-refundable) due to secure 
  • Final Payment: $1,600 due by May 1, 2025

General Admission (May 1 – June 15, 2025)

  • Conference fee: $4,500
  • Deposit: $2,000 (non-refundable) due to secure 
  • Final Payment: $2,500 due by June 15, 2025

Pay-in-Full Incentive

  • Attendees who pay in full upon acceptance will receive a premium luxury gift placed in their room upon arrival at the PGA Resort.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments. Details for completing the transaction will be provided upon acceptance.

Refund Policy:

  • Due to the exclusive nature of Vetta Privé and limited attendee spots, all payments are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, accepted attendees will receive a deferral to the 2026 conference.

Please ensure timely payment to confirm your attendance at Vetta Privé and avoid forfeiting your spot to another qualified applicant.
