Vetta Privé is a private leadership ecosystem centered on intentional gathering, trusted relationships, and meaningful exchange. The Vetta Privé Summit is its annual anchor gathering, designed for leaders who value depth, discernment, and presence.

To preserve the integrity, intimacy, and quality of the experience, participation is limited to 100 leaders.

how to reserve access

The reservation process is intentionally simple.

To reserve access to the Vetta Privé Summit, complete the reservation form and submit payment. No applications, resumes, or formal vetting are required. Attendance is invitation-led and designed for individuals who are aligned with the values of presence, trust, and intentional connection.

By reserving access, guests agree to uphold Vetta Privé’s community standards, including our no-social-media environment and shared commitment to discretion, respect, and purpose-driven participation.

Guest Summit Attendance: $4,500

This investment is designed to provide a seamless, elevated experience that allows guests to focus fully on connection, clarity, and renewal throughout the Summit.

What Your Summit Reservation Includes

Luxury Accommodations

  • A four-day, three-night stay at the PGA Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

  • Private room accommodations based on availability

  • Early check-in and late check-out options subject to hotel availability

  • Pre- and post-Summit room extensions available directly through the resort

Curated Dining Experiences

  • Daily gourmet breakfasts designed to support wellness and connection

  • Curated dinners and evening salons that foster meaningful conversation

  • Dietary accommodations available upon request
    (Friday evening dinner is not included)

Wellness & Restoration

  • A thoughtfully designed wellness experience supporting both mind and body

  • Offerings may include mindfulness, guided movement, sound experiences, or reflection sessions

  • Wellness selections may be pre-selected or chosen on-site based on availability

Summit Programming & Experiences

  • Access to all keynote conversations, moderated discussions, and intimate sessions

  • Evening salons, informal gatherings, and intentional downtime

  • A welcome gift curated specifically for Summit guests

payment terms

To confirm your reservation for the Vetta Privé Summit, one of the following payment options is required at the time of reservation:

Option 1: Pay in Full

  • $4,500 due at time of reservation

Guests who pay in full will receive priority placement and a premium welcome experience upon arrival.

Option 2: Deposit + Balance

  • $2,500 non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation

  • Remaining balance of $2,000 due by April 15, 2026

Failure to remit the remaining balance by April 15, 2026 may result in forfeiture of the reservation.

Pay-in-Full Incentive

  • Attendees who pay in full upon acceptance will receive a premium luxury gift placed in their room upon arrival at the PGA Resort.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments. Details for completing the transaction will be provided upon acceptance.

Refund Policy:

  • Due to the exclusive nature of Vetta Privé and limited attendee spots, all payments are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, accepted attendees will receive a deferral to the 2027 conference.

Please ensure timely payment to confirm your attendance at Vetta Privé and avoid forfeiting your spot to another qualified applicant.
